All items will be shipped within 3-4 days of order date unless it is a holiday or a weekend or item is on preorder (please check timeline in item description if on preorder).

Prepaid Courier Transit time typically ranges from 3-8 days depending on location anywhere in India.

COD couriers may take 5-10 days.

All orders are shipped from our location in Bangalore.

We recommend hand-wash and then dry with a soft cloth for all the dinnerware items to maintain longevity of the products.

Glass: microwave & dishwasher safe

Ceramic: microwave & dishwasher safe only if there is no gold, if there is gold detailing on product, please do not use microwave or dishwasher.

Bone China: Hand-wash.

Metal: wipe with a soft cloth.

Mix Media: wipe with a soft cloth for all Art, Artificial flowers, Garden figurines.

Avoid water on planter stands unless specified.

Return/Exchange/Replacement Policy
