Shipping Timeline
Festive Rush till October 10th: All items will be shipped within 4-5 days of order date unless it is a holiday or a weekend or item is on preorder (please check timeline in item description if on preorder).
Prepaid Courier Transit time typically ranges from 4-8 days depending on location anywhere in India.
COD couriers may take 5-10 days.
All orders are shipped from our location in Bangalore.
Shipping Charges
Free shipping for all prepaid orders above Rs 1500/-
If selecting COD, certain COD fees will be applied as per its order value.

Care
We recommend hand-wash and then dry with a soft cloth for all the dinnerware items to maintain longevity of the products.
Glass: microwave & dishwasher safe
Ceramic: microwave & dishwasher safe only if there is no gold, if there is gold detailing on product, please do not use microwave or dishwasher.
Bone China: Hand-wash.
Metal: wipe with a soft cloth.
Mix Media: wipe with a soft cloth for all Art, Artificial flowers, Garden figurines.
Avoid water on planter stands unless specified.
Return/Exchange/Replacement Policy
All sales are final. No exchange or return due to fragile nature of products. All product information is listed with multiple images and various videos uploaded on our Instagram channel: @isaakabrand, to assist consumers make an informed decision before purchase.
Please always take an opening video and share within 24 hours of delivery to process replacement for a damaged or wrong product. Please whatsapp or email us and we will process the replacement.
